A Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David has almost 25 years professional experience in public accounting and financial advisory services roles as well as CFO and Board roles working with Deloitte in Australia and in the US, an ASX 200 listed company and six years as CFO of a private equity owned health technology business that was ultimately sold to Telstra Health in August 2021.

Ian has over 35 years commercial experience across a diversity of industries including Pharmaceutical. He has entrepreneurial experience as founder, or as part of the senior executive teams, in several start-ups in the technology and financial services industries.

Professor Robert Clancy AM, B.Sc(Med) MB BS PhD DSc. FRACP FRCP(A) FRS(N) is a leading Australian clinical immunologist and a pioneer in the field of mucosal immunology. Robert holds the position as Emeritus Professor at the University of Newcastle's School of Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacy.

Until his passing in December of 2022, Professor Allan Cripps was an Emeritus Professor in the School of Medicine and Dentistry and was a member of Mucosal Immunology Research Group at the Menzies Health Institute Queensland at Griffith University, Australia.

Dr. John Patava PhD, B App Sc. has over 20 years of experience in medical research and clinical development of therapeutic products and has overseen clinical trials in the indications of oncology, renal medicine, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, and hematology.
